What You CAN Do

  2. You may sell the products which have master resell rights or resell rights as-is for minumum suggested price (if any).
  3. You may alter the salespage and thank you pages of the Products provided as you see fit.
  4. You may offer resell rights for the products available with master resell right..

 

 

What You CANNOT Do
  1. You may not pass on the same rights you have to any one. eg. if the product has MRR you may only pass on RR, if the product has RR you may only resell. If the product is for personal use, then you may not giveaway, sell or pass on any rights.
  2. You may not use my name or website name (Naveed Peerzade, Nicheller) or use our names in any way to help you sell anything. (except in the product which are already provided by us)
  3. You may not copy/republish any of the lessons, articles, posts or content from Nicheller. You may however republish some articles (without making any changes) on your site along with our bio provided at the end of the articles that may be republished.
  4. You cannot use any form of unethical means to profit from these materials. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming. Any reports of such activity will result in immediate termination of your account, and no refunds will be issued.
  5. You may NOT sell more than 2 products at a time or sell Resell Rights to more than 2 product on one website / membership site.
  6. You may NOT discuss the problems you may face with your membership on any other site, forum, discussion groups. You may discuss all your problems on Nicheller forum only or contact us at helpdesk.

 

If you cancel your membership, you will still have same right to the products you have paid for.
